Modularity and thoughtful design is what has made X-Guard the best-selling machine guard on the market. Thanks to our smart click fitting, it is extremely quick and easy to install, dismantle, move or expand Axelent's machine guard as needed.

The click fitting consists of an upper and a lower bracket. The upper bracket is a simple click bracket that can be applied on three sides of the post. This simplicity means that only one assembler is required to assemble the mesh panels into a complete system. The lower bracket is a guide that directs the panel to the correct position. Once the panel is in place, it simply clicks into the upper bracket.

The click fitting makes it easy and above all quick to install and no other tools or fasteners are required. Once the panel is in place, it simply clicks into the post. The quick fitting works equally well whether the panel is made of mesh, sheet metal, plastic or round corners. In other words, you can easily customize your machine guarding to suit your business and needs.
